Built to bring the human back to the centre of the fintech revolution.
Most learning and development programmes teach static skills; most innovation labs focus on technology only; most innovations stall in corporate pilot purgatories — Triality is the safe-to-fail environment where innovations and the skills to drive them are forged as the field moves.
more roles demand AI skills than just two years ago — the field is reweighting fast.
of core skills will change within five years, and half of all workers will need reskilling.
of fintech employers value soft, transversal skills because they are what carry know-how through shifting market conditions.

The next generation of fintech innovations will be deeply human.
Fintech skills shift in months, not years. They are not a fixed syllabus but a living, multi-dimensional domain in constant two-way motion with the technological, market and regulatory forces that define which skills the industry needs — and which practitioners, in turn, shape back.
“A skill term does not mean anything in isolation; we need context — we have to attach it to an objective, to other groups of skills and to learning. this activity is fundamentally human.”
Competence-as-a-Living Asset.
We model it in four moves — from a single skill to a living, multi-dimensional asset.
The skill
The atom of capability — and too often reduced to a checkbox: present or absent, as if knowing a skill were a simple yes or no.
The proficiency
A skill is not on or off — it has a level. From aware to expert, proficiency is the difference between knowing about something and doing it under pressure.
The competence
Real capability is a competence — a cluster of skills, combining to solve a problem. Multi-dimensional and contextual, not a checklist.
The living asset
A competence is never finished. It keeps evolving with strategy, technology, the market, and regulation — an asset to be maintained, enhanced and adapted.

We forge innovation professionals on four fronts.
No single skill makes a professional. Triality fosters competence on four fronts at once — domain expertise, psychological and behavioural skill, structured systems of thinking, and the immersive experience that ties them together.
Research is clear: innovation can't be taught, only practised.
01Expertise Development
Innovation is not generalist work. Triality fosters the domain expertise the work actually demands — the technology, market and regulatory knowledge that lets a professional make sound calls, not just confident ones.
02Personal Skills Development
Innovating is as much a social challenge as a technical one. Triality fosters the skills that decide whether good ideas survive corporate reality: navigating ambiguity, staying resilient through setbacks, building consensus, and winning over stakeholders inclined to say no.
03Innovation Thinking Development
Skills and expertise are only as good as the thinking that directs them. Triality fosters a system of innovation thinking — from ideation and validation, through strategic venture design, to systemic execution — so a professional moves from first idea to executable plan, not just a good hunch.
The Venturing Lab
At the core of Triality is a live, immersive innovation and venturing experience delivered to real corporate partners, under the conditions and pressure of an actual innovation and venturing team.
The Venturing Lab is a progressive immersion in the 'nitty-gritty' of innovation within a structured environment where failure is expected, examined, and converted into competence and learning assets.
The credential is the proof, not the point.
The CVP certification framework is governed by xcube.academy and is being tailored specifically for the financial industry. It is not a certificate of attendance. It is a professional designation that reflects demonstrated competence across 15 dimensions of practice — a multi-dimensional profile that, like the field itself, requires you to keep it live.
The CVP Level 3 Specialist designation is awarded on completion of Block 3 and confirmed only when you submit professional proof of work within 18 months of graduation. That proof is assessed through a structured evidence framework.
A designation that has been confirmed tells an employer something specific: this person has not only completed a programme — they have demonstrated they can apply what they learned in a real professional context.
The full CVP framework spans five levels, from Analyst to Leader. Triality delivers Levels 1 to 3.

You do not have to do it all at once.
Skills do not stop moving, so neither does your path through Triality — and it is built for the reality of early-career finances and schedules too. Complete Block 1, enter the workforce with the CVP Level 1 Analyst designation, and return for Block 2 and Block 3 when you are positioned to do so.
If you later want to pursue a second fintech vertical or a second corporate venturing speciality, you re-enter at the relevant block without repeating what you have already completed.
Over time, you can build a multi-speciality profile across different verticals and venturing disciplines — a professional record that reflects genuine depth in fintech innovation and venturing.
