For fresh graduates and early career professionals

Start your fintech career ready to contribute, not ready to observe.

Triality is for people who want to enter fintech innovation with real, demonstrated capability — not just a degree and a hope that employers will figure out what to do with them.

Is this you?

Does this sound like you?

You hold a diploma or degree in business, management, finance, or engineering. You are about to enter the workforce, or you are within the first few years of your career and want to accelerate into a fintech innovation or corporate venturing role. You are not looking for another classroom. You are looking for a structured pathway that builds real competences and gives you something verifiable to show for it.

Triality is not a remedial programme. It is a career accelerator for people who are intellectually curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and ready to engage as emerging professionals rather than passive learners.

Early career professional in a working session
Programme architecture

Three learning blocks. One work-ready professional journey.

Triality runs across three sequential learning blocks, each built around skill development and innovation capability building. You move from knowledge to applied competences — and every block earns you a level of the Corporate Venturing Professional (CVP) designation along the way.

Block 1

Foundations

180 contact hours · 2 months

CVP Level 1: Analyst
Fintech FundamentalsApplied InnovationCorporate VenturingPrompting for Innovation

Competence: Block 1 builds the conceptual and applied foundation to contribute to fintech innovation and corporate venturing — core fintech knowledge, the frameworks of corporate venturing, and hands-on innovation practice with AI-powered tools.

Professionalisation: In parallel, your personal skills development begins — building professional posture, self-awareness, and the psychological capital to sustain drive and resilience when the work turns uncertain. You leave positioned as a work-ready Analyst, able to contribute to an innovation team from day one.

Block 2

Industry Focus

67 contact hours · 1 month

CVP Level 2: Practitioner

Competence: Block 2 deepens your knowledge into a chosen fintech vertical and sharpens your ability to shape innovation outcomes — moving from understanding the field to owning a real piece of an innovation problem within it.

Professionalisation: Your personal skills development turns to collaboration — leading team dynamics, navigating disagreement and ambiguity, and holding your ground when you present and defend your thinking to senior decision-makers. You leave as a Practitioner, ready to contribute with a clear vertical focus.

Block 3

Corporate Venturing Speciality

133 contact hours · 3 months

CVP Level 3: Specialist
New Product Dev.Venture ClientingVenture BuildingVenture M&AEcosystem Development & Innovation Procurement

Competence: Block 3 develops deep corporate-venturing capability in a chosen speciality, and the ability to carry a full innovation initiative from strategy through to a board-ready, executable plan.

Professionalisation: This is where personal skills development matters most — leading through corporate complexity, sustaining psychological capital through setbacks, and building the consensus to move ideas past the people structurally inclined to say no. You leave as a Specialist, ready to lead innovation inside a corporate environment.

The safe-to-fail advantage

The one thing corporate environments almost never give you.

Innovation involves failure. Most first attempts do not work. The ability to experiment, fail, learn fast, and iterate is a core professional competence — but corporates are structurally built to avoid visible failure. Performance systems reward predictability. Taking innovation risks is personally costly.

The Innovation and Venturing Lab is the space where you get to fail before those stakes apply. The challenge is real, the corporate partner is real, and the pressure is real — but failure here is expected, managed, and converted into competence development rather than a mark on your record.

You enter the workforce having already been through it.

Three immersive innovation projects
Block 1

The Innovation Challenge

Design a fintech solution to a real-world problem, on your own, with AI-powered tools — assessed by industry experts.

Block 2

The Advisory Mission

Take on one part of a bigger innovation question as a team, and defend your recommendation before an innovation steering committee.

Block 3

The Venturing Lab

Turn a full innovation initiative into a board-ready, executable plan as a cross-functional team, over eight immersive weeks.

Programme outcomes

You leave with proof, not just a certificate.

A portfolio of innovation

A body of real work: the fintech solution you designed, the advisory recommendation you defended, and the board-ready venture plan you built. Concrete proof of what you can do — not a transcript.

A recognised credential

The Corporate Venturing Professional designation (Levels 1–3) and the Professional Certificate — an industry-recognised signal that you are work-ready.

A community and a marketplace

Graduation brings you into the CVP community and its talent marketplace — an open-innovation job board where companies post real innovation projects.

The CVP designation

A micro-credential system that reflects what you can actually do.

The Corporate Venturing Professional designation is not a credential for attendance. It is a professional certification framework, developed to be a competence standard in fintech innovation and venture.

Each level is a token of what you are able to achieve.

Level 3 is confirmed only when you submit professional proof of work within 18 months of graduation.

That confirmation matters to employers. It tells them you have not just completed a programme. It tells them you have demonstrated that you can apply what you learned in a real professional context.

Modular & Stackable

You do not have to commit to the full programme upfront.

Complete Block 1, enter the workforce with the CVP Level 1 Analyst designation, and return for Blocks 2 and 3 when you feel ready.

The programme is designed for the reality of early career life, not the assumption that every participant can fund six months of full-time study in one go.

— You need to upskill your competences!

Enrol for a second fintech vertical or a second corporate venturing speciality without repeating what you have already completed.
